Turnaround Times

Basic Turnaround 

Absolutely everything at Stacey's Treasures is made to order. Taking in supplier turnaround times our turnaround time is usually 3-4 WEEKS. I always try to keep this under however on some occasions such as Christmas or when bank holidays come into effect you may find it might go slightly over. I will always keep you updated through email or social media. 

You will find that some items fall under a lower turnaround, this is due to me having the stock readily available at home and so its alot quicker for me to get out, these will be items such as Vinyl Gaming Stands, teddies, cake toppers etc. You will find all of these items under "Ready to Ship" and these items hold a 1 week turnaround.

Also note: for pick up, website states 5+ days, this is the maximum I can set it too but standard turnaround still applies unless it's a Ready To Ship item. 

 

Birthdays & Occasions 

If you are looking for a birthday present or something similar quickly. Please email me on Staceystreasures@hotmail.com or find me on either Facebook or Instagram at Stacey's Treasures and pop me a message as I may be able to squeeze the item in if i have it readily available. But please message first so I'm aware of the date you need it by. 

On this same note: if you are ordering an item for an occasion, even if its 6 weeks away. Please put in the notes the date its needed by so I can make note on my side. 

Note: I work my little business alongside working part time nightshift, as well as looking after young children and the daily running of a home so please only follow up via email or through social media if the turnaround time has passed, although you shouldn't have to as I will always get in touch if there is going to be a delay.
